Mike Tastle
Co-Founder & CEO
Prior to Foundation RPO, Mike was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tastle Partners, a national recruitment firm specializing in executive search, project-based recruitment, and RPO solutions for the SMB market. With over two decades of leadership in talent acquisition, Mike has built a reputation for helping organizations scale smarter by combining the precision of executive search with the efficiency of embedded recruiting models.
Mike also served as CEO of Accolo RPO, one of the first SMB-focused RPO providers in the U.S. Recruited to lead a company turnaround, he revitalized operations, improved client retention, secured the largest engagement in company history, and positioned the firm for a successful acquisition.
Throughout his career, Mike has led recruitment initiatives in the beauty and consumer sectors, placing high-impact talent across all corporate functions.
Driven by a belief that great recruiting is both an art and a science, Mike is passionate about transforming how growing companies attract and retain talent—delivering measurable results through partnership, performance, and accountability.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
Outside of work, he's a proud twin dad who enjoys golf, hiking, cooking, Peloton rides, biohacking, and traveling with his family.

Prior to Foundation RPO, Cicely was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tastle Partners, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in the executive recruiting industry. Known for her strategic vision and deep understanding of the evolving talent landscape, Cicely has built a reputation for helping organizations attract and retain top executive talent across diverse industries.
Before co-founding Tastle Partners, Cicely led a nationally recognized executive search firm, where she established long-term partnerships with leading brands and guided clients through critical leadership hires. Her forward-thinking approach and commitment to client success have positioned her as a trusted advisor to executives and growing organizations alike.
Cicely's expertise spans end-to-end executive search, organizational design, and modern talent acquisition strategy. By embracing innovation and leveraging technology to streamline the search process, she ensures clients gain access to exceptional leaders faster and more efficiently.
